INGREDIENTS Measurements


1 cup heavy cream (cold)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (add/reduce as preference)
2 cups mascarpone cheese
1 cup Arabic coffee
Lady finger cookies
Cocoa powder to decorate


  for the cream

  • - Whip the cream in a bowl with an electric whisk until thickened; add half of the powdered sugar while mixed until soft peak.
  • - Whip the cheese with the remained powdered sugar.
  • - Mix the cheese into the whipped cream until blended.
  • - Cover the mixture and place into the fridge.

  for the tiramisu

  • - Place the cream mixture into a piping bag
  • - Add the coffee into a deep dish with the syrup and mix.
  • - Dip the lady fingers in the coffee from both sides, but be sure not to soak if too much.
  • - Lay the lady fingers in the preferred dish and layer with the creamed mixture, and repeat layers as desired.
  • - Top the dish with some cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder (using a small strainer), and serve.
