INGREDIENTS Measurements

  

1 cup yogurt
2 cucumbers
1 garlic finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

METHOD

  

  • strain yogurt from excess water
  • Wash the cucumber well and shred it and squeeze it well to get rid of excess water
  • Add the yogurt in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, add the cucumber and season it with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and put it in the fridge till the time of serving

CHEF NOTES

  • You can substitute dried mint with dried dell or powdered cumin

  • You can add chopped green onions
