Tuna dip

INGREDIENTS Measurements


2 cans Tuna in olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons spring onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper

  For serving

cherry tomatoes


1/4 cup green/ black olives, sliced
Dill / coriander / rosemary



  • - Drain tuna and place in a bowl.
  • - Add all ingredients and stir to combine, season with salt and pepper.
  • - Cut off tomato tops using a knife, spoon out the pulp.
  • - Fill each tomato with tuna mixture, garnish with sprig of dill and serve.
  • - Slice cucumber into (1 cm) discs, scoop out some of the pulp and seeds.
  • - Place about 1 teaspoon of tuna mixture on each slice.
  • - Garnish with sliced olives and rosemary leaves.
  • - Place one scoop of tuna mixture on top of round crackers, garnish with coriander leaves.
  • - Arrange in a serving plate and serve or place tuna mixture in a bowl and serve with crackers on the side.
