Pan Fried grated potatoes with cheese

INGREDIENTS Measurements


1/2 Medium-sized potatoes
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2 Cup spreadable cheese
3 Tablespoons black olives, minced



  • - Peel and wash the potatoes, then grate using a grater.
  • - Form the grated potatoes, while lightly pressing, into rounded shape.
  • - Heat the oil in a suating pan, fry the potato for three minutes on each side until golden.
  • - Place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  • - Arrange the potatoes on a serving plate.
  • - Top each one with a tablespoon of cheese, then garnish with minced black olives.
  • - Repeat the process until you finish the whole quantity.
