INGREDIENTS Measurements

  

1/2 kilo Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Ketchup, mustard for serving

METHOD

  

  •  Cut mozzarella cheese into equal parts (Stick shape)
  •  Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper.
  •  Cover cheese sticks with flour (get rid of excess flour), dip in eggs then breadcrumbs.
  •  Refrigerate till well combined, then repeat previous step one more time.
  •  Fry sticks in deep oil, and stir till golden brown from all sides.
  •  Lift and place on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil, set aside.
  •  Serve hot with ketchup and mustard.
