INGREDIENTS Measurements

  

2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil

  For garnish

2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt
Fresh parsley leaves

METHOD

  

  • - Wash potatoes and squeeze by hand to get rid of excess water, let dry on a kitchen towel.
  • - Place grated potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle flour and mix.
  • - Add egg, parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  • - Heat oil in a pan over a medium high heat, take about 2 tablespoons of potato mixture and shape into a circle using a back of a spoon.
  • - Fry for about 3-4 minutes, flip on other side (add more oil if needed).
  • - Lift on kitchen towel to get rid of excess oil.
  • - Arrange on serving plate, garnish with sour cream or yogurt with parsley leaves.
