INGREDIENTS Measurements

  

1/2 kilo chicken liver
2 tablespoons oil
3 garlic cloves, sliced
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Pomegranate seeds for garnish

METHOD

  

  • - Clean liver and pat dry.
  • - Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  • - Add liver and stir till color changes and liquid evaporates.
  • - Season with salt and pepper.
  • - Stir in molasses for 2 minutes, remove from heat.
  • - Garnish with parsley and pomegranate.
  • - Serve warm
