METHOD

  

  • Clean liver and pat dry.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  • Add liver and stir till color changes and liquid evaporates.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in molasses for 2 minutes, remove from heat.
  • Garnish with parsley and pomegranate.
