INGREDIENTS Measurements

  

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric,
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 medium onions
Salt and pepper
1/2 kilo beef (thinly cut)

METHOD

  

  • Mix all spices; add garlic, oil, and vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Rub onions with salt and pepper, add it to the mixture.
  • Combine beef with the prepared mixture.
  • Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge.
