INGREDIENTS Measurements

1/2 kilo Mozzarella cheese

3 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Ketchup, mustard for serving

 Cut mozzarella cheese into equal parts (Stick shape)
 Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper.
 Cover cheese sticks with flour (get rid of excess flour), dip in eggs then breadcrumbs.
 Refrigerate till well combined, then repeat previous step one more time.
 Fry sticks in deep oil, and stir till golden brown from all sides.
 Lift and place on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil, set aside.
 Serve hot with ketchup and mustard.
