INGREDIENTS Measurements

  

2 cup soft butter
1 cup powdered sugar
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon vanilla or rose water
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  for filling

1 tablespoon white chocolate pieces
1 tablespoon chocolate chip
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped pistachios

METHOD

  

  • - Preheat oven to 160˚C (325˚F).
  • - Cream butter with sugar and vanilla or rose water in bowl of electric mixer on medium speed.
  • - Mix flour with baking soda and chopped pistachio, gradually add into butter mixture on low speed till well combined.
  • - Divide dough equally; add cocoa powder to one part and knee.
  • - Shape dough into small size balls and place, well apart, on a baking sheet.
  • - Fill each ball with ’s chocolate.
  • - Lightly press thumb into centre of each ball and top with and nuts
  • - Roll in chopped pistachios, and then bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • - Let cool before serving.
