INGREDIENTS Measurements


4 cans Tuna in olive oil
12 Toast bread, slices
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup labneh
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper

  For garnish

red radish, sliced
cherry tomatoes, halved
green and black olives, sliced
carrot, grated
cucumber, sliced



  • - Drain tuna and place in a bowl, mix with onion, lemon juice and oil, season with salt and pepper.
  • - Cut bread crusts, using rolling pin slightly flatten toast and divide into 3 parts, place one part into greased dish.
  • - Spread a layer of tuna mixture, cover with toast, then tuna and finely cover with toast.
  • - Whisk cream cheese with labenh in a bowl. Spread the cheese on top and around the sides of the cake.
  • - Sprinkle the grated carrot on top, place cucumber slices at each corner, top with tuna and garnish with radish slice and dill.
  • - Garnish the sides of the cake with radish slices, place the tomato and olives on top.
  • - Slice the cake and serve.
