INGREDIENTS Measurements

  

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup cold, cuts
1/2 cup shredded cheeses
2 tablespoon parsley, minced

METHOD

  

  • - Preheat oven to 180 C.
  • - Lightly grease the mini muffin pan.
  • - Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl
  • - Add oil, eggs and cream, mix with a whisk until combined.
  • - Fold in the remaining ingredients.
  • - Fill each cup of the muffin pan with 2/3 of the batter.
  • - Bake for about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • - Remove muffins to a wire rack to cool, serve warm.

CHEF NOTES

  • • Soak wooden sticks in water, place each stick in the middle of the batter and bake.
