Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

INGREDIENTS Measurements


1/2 kilo Mozzarella cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Ketchup, mustard for serving



  • Cut mozzarella cheese into equal parts (Stick shape )
  • Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover cheese sticks with flour (get rid of excess flour), dip in eggs then breadcrumbs.
  • Refrigerate till well combined, then repeat previous step one more time.
  • Fry sticks in deep oil, and stir till golden brown from all sides.
  • Lift on a kitchen towel.
  • Serve hot with ketchup and mustard.
