Kafta

In Arab cooking, ground meat flavored with cinnamon or other spices and shaped into balls, also spelled Kofta.

Kebab

Turkish cuisine, pieces of seasoned and marinated meat, usually lamb, grilled over or under a fire. In shish kebab, meat cubes are threaded on a skewer or sword, often with vegetables.

Khoshaf

Dried Fruits and nut mix (Dates, apricots, seedless dried prunes, figs, sultana, raisan, almond, and walnuts).
Khoshaf is an Egyptian dish, usually served in Iftar( Breakfast ) during the month of Ramadan.
 


Kibbeh

Burghul (cracked wheat ) and ground lamb, finely chopped onions and toasted pine nuts, deep-fried or served raw,Kibbeh is a Lebanese appetizer .


Kunafa

Middle Eastern pastries made from phyllo, similar to Baklava

Koshary

Egyptian dish made of ( Rice,lintels,chickpeas,and Macaroni) topped with tomato & garlic sauce and fried onions.
It's considered as an economic meal that is high in fiber .
 


Kabsa

Basmati rice cooked with cumin, black pepper, cardamom, dry whole lemon, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves.Kabsa is a Saudi dish.
