Saffron and Paprika Marinade


• Heat lemon juice, in a saucepan over medium heat, add saffron, let it infuse fro few minutes, set aside. • Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix. (This marinate is suitable for fish)



4 Tbsp lemon juice ¼ tsp saffron threads 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp cinnamon powder 1 Tbsp cumin powder ½ tsp cayenne pepper 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp sugar 1 Tbsp crushed almonds 2 Tbsp olive oil
