Pizza Dip


- Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with mozzarella, cheddar. Mix in tomato and juice and oregano. Season with salt.
- Divide mixture between small baking dishes or ramekins to fill half of it.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (except toasted bread), divide into ramekins to fill.
- Top with shredded cheeses (mozzarella and cheddar).
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve pizza dip warm with toasted bread slices.



1 cup cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded + more for garnishing
1 cup yellow cheddar cheese + more for garnishing
1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
1/4 tablespoon dried oregano
1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup dried tomato, chopped
Toasted bread for serving
